Administered by the Sabah State Legislative Assembly and Cabinet Affairs. State Legislative Assembly, headed by the President of the state appointed by the President of the King of Malaysia. Sabah is also a state that does not have it ruled by the sultan's chief minister. Administrative system of the state includes 5 sections is further divided into 25 districts. Between the administration is part of Kudat, the West Coast, the Outback, the Sandakan and Tawau division. Administration in each region with the administration in British Malaya. Today, however, the position of Resident was abolished and replaced by district officials. In five parts Sandakan is the most extensive area than elsewhere in Sabah. While the highest population is made up the west coast of Kota Belud, Kota Kinabalu, Papar, Penampang, Putatan, Ranau and Tuaran.
